Relentless Reset Shop carries a mix of products fulfilled from our own inventory and products fulfilled by trusted partner suppliers. Because products may ship from different locations, delivery timing and packaging can vary by item.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Processing time depends on the item and fulfillment source. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery Timing

Estimated delivery timing can vary by product, destination, carrier conditions, and fulfillment source. We do not recommend relying on an order for a specific tournament, trip, birthday, or event date unless the product page clearly states a delivery commitment that works for your schedule.

Tracking

When carrier tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after a label is created.

Ships Fast Collection

Products in our Ships Fast collection are selected because they are positioned for faster fulfillment than many standard catalog items. Actual transit time still depends on destination and carrier performance.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be fulfilled from more than one location. In those cases, items may arrive separately and tracking may be provided in more than one shipment notification.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
